Towage
The port offers a full in house towage service to all vessels that are subject to towage within the port limits.
The Port's Tug fleet consists of the following vessels which are available for hire both within the port limits and external contracts.
Tug 'Shrove' (right)
Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) 34 tonne bollard pull, Gross Tonnage 112t, Length Overall 17m, 2,600 Horse Power
Tug 'Culmore' (left)
Single screw with bow thrusters, 42 tonne bollard pull, Gross Tonnage 291ft, Length Overall 32.4m, 2600 Horse Power
Tug 'Otterbank' (below)
Twin screw, 11 tonne bollard pull, Length Overall 16m, 800 Horse Power
