Equality
The Equality Scheme was a duty under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland
Act 1998. The scheme details the Commissioners commitment the effective
implementation, monitoring and reviewing of progress in relation to its
statutory duty on equality. A copy of the scheme can be downloaded

Port Marine Safety Code
The port is obligated to produce a plan regarding the safety of ships
berthing and unberthing at Lisahally. A copy of the Port Marine Safety

ISO 14001
The port obtained ISO 14001 accreditation Environmental Management System
in 2002. Copies of the relevant information can be viewed by contacting

Complaints Policy
Londonderry Port and Harbour Commissioners believe in dealing with any
complaints in an open and responsive manor. Any complaint will be treated
courteously, promptly and in accordance with the attached procedure. Click
