Estate
Londonderry Port’s estate covers in excess of 100 acres. The estate
comprises of 22 acres located adjacent to the quay and approx 80 acres
of port land. This includes 29 acres of development land recently purchased
from NIE plc which will provide for future expansion.
The Port has in a number of covered stores used by our customers to transit
there goods through the port. There are currently 13 stores as follows:-
